2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform (like applying to jobs or posting job listings), you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

The Platform allows you to post profiles, resumes, and job listings ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party. You grant Spehre a license to display and use this content to operate the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Discriminate in job postings based on race, gender, religion, or any protected class.
• Scrape or extract data automatically without our explicit written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
